Standard delivery includes threshold delivery to your home’s doorstep. The delivery team will leave your delivery at your doorstep for you to unwrap and assemble at your own convenience. It will be your responsibility to dispose of all packaging.
SONDER Living is proud to offer best in class, white glove delivery. With this service our delivery team will deliver your order into your home, unpack and assemble and remove all packaging. Delivery personnel will not be able to help with moving ore removing existing items in your home. Please note that a fee of $25 per flight will be applied for deliveries including more than one flight of stairs.
This service is only available to Interior Design professionals that have their own warehousing or utilize a receiving service. For additional questions on shipping LTL, please contact our customer service team.
